How do I order my Prescription by e-mail?

We suggest that you use your usual email program to set up a standard repeat prescription order.

Once you have set this up, you can simply copy the same email each time you need to order your medication. If you need to alter it you can simply delete the medication you do not need.

We will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your request. This is to let you know that your request has been received and accepted.

There follows a suggested way of ordering your script.

To: “hatherley.scripts@glos.nhs.uk” for Hatherley
                               or
To: "portland.scripts@glos.nhs.uk” for Portland

If you use a desktop e-mail programme, clicking on the e-mail addresses should automatically open the programme.
If not, you can right click and "copy", then "paste" into the "To" box on your e-mail new message page.
If you have difficulties please call and speak to a receptionist or the Practice Manager
